This appendix outlines the expanded service options available to CompleteRx after the initial pilot - including targeted coaching programmes, second cohort design, and broader leadership development pathways.
The pilot is designed as a starting point, not a standalone engagement. If the first cohort proves useful, CompleteRx has a clear path to expand the model - without redesigning the programme or starting from scratch.
Following the pilot, selected leaders can continue with a structured coaching programme linked to their TalentPrint Plus results. Coaching goals are specific, time-bound, and reviewed against agreed development priorities.
Post-Pilot ExpansionThe pilot model is repeatable. A second cohort can be run using the same structure - with the benefit of cohort-level benchmarks from the first group and a refined understanding of CompleteRx's leadership priorities.

For leaders identified in the pilot as high-priority for coaching, a structured 3-6 month coaching programme is initiated. Goals are linked to TalentPrint Plus results and reviewed at the 90-day mark.
